Outdoor Yoga and Fitness Program
Flo Yoga Hawaii collaborates with the Park Shore Waikiki Hotel on the Outdoor Yoga and Fitness Program. All classes meet up with the instructor in the Park Shore Waikiki Hotel lobby at the start of class. We walk together from the hotel to the park location.
Or alternatively, for the Yoga classes, you can meet the instructor at Kapiolani Park between Barefoot Beach Cafe and the Waikiki Aquarium. Note that for the Yoga classes, class participants and the instructor will walk to the class location from the hotel at the beginning of the class, so the actual class will begin approximately 5-10 minutes after the noted start time to account for the short walk.
Fitness class locations will vary within Kapiolani Park, so always meet the instructor at the Park Shore Waikiki hotel lobby.
